
Strength Training Classes
These classes are designed to help you build a stronger, healthier, and more resilient body. Each session delivers a full-body workout, combining functional movements, resistance training, and proper technique to improve strength, stability, and overall fitness.
You’ll work with a variety of free-weight exercises, including foundational lifts such as squats and deadlifts, along with bodyweight movements to develop balance, coordination, and muscular endurance. Every workout is intentionally structured to challenge you safely and progressively.
To ensure high-quality coaching and a more personal experience, each class is limited to just 4 people per session. This small-group format allows me to provide individual attention, tailored guidance, and precise technique correction so you can train confidently and effectively.
Because these classes involve compound lifts and structured strength work, some prior experience with strength training is required. If you’re new to these movements, please get in touch to book a private session or to enquire about our introductory courses, where we can go through the essentials and prepare you to join the small-group sessions safely.

Strong foundations
(Introductory course)
This 4-week course is perfect for complete beginners who want to get acquainted with strength training in a safe, supportive environment. You don’t need any prior experience, just curiosity and a desire to feel stronger and more confident in your body. With a small group format, you’ll receive individual attention and tailored guidance, allowing you to learn proper form and technique at your own pace. It’s the ideal way to start your strength journey — building confidence, knowledge, and a foundation that will last a lifetime.
