Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. • You may transfer your booking to another individual if arranged at least 1 day prior to the class. All transfers are subject to approval by the class provider. • No refunds, partial refunds, or rescheduling will be offered for missed classes. • In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the provider, you will receive a refund. • By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
