Cancellation Policy

Online Pilates Class Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Class bookings are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by us (see "Class Cancellations" below). 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Online classes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class, a recording will be sent to your email. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please get contact at least 24 hours before the class. Late Arrivals: Please join the class at least 5 minutes before the start time. We will not admit participants more than 10 minutes after the session has started. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a class without prior notice, the booking is considered a "no-show" and no refund or credit will be provided. The recording of the class is provided regardless. 3. Technical Issues We will make every effort to ensure the class runs smoothly. However, in the case of technical difficulties (e.g., internet or platform issues), we will offer a rescheduled session or a credit for a future class. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate (e.g., webcam, microphone, etc.). 4. Class Access A link to access the class will be sent to your email at least 2 hours before the start time. Please ensure you have the necessary technology to access the online platform (Zoom) before the class begins. 5. Health & Safety By booking a class, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the class. It is important to listen to your body and modify exercises as needed. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur during class. 6. Privacy Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of class registration and communication. The class will be conducted in a group setting; please be aware that your video and audio may be visible to other participants unless you choose to turn them off. 7. Class Recordings A recording of the class may be made available after the session. This recording is provided for personal use only by the individual who has registered for the class. The recording will be accessible for 7 days after the class date. After this period, the recording will expire.
