I am driven to help people understand how their bodies move efficiently and how to do so without pain or discomfort. When you unlock your optimal mobility, alignment and core stability, the advantages of suppleness and strength are felt in all aspects of your life. You will find improvement in sport, hobbies and work, with aesthetics as an additional benefit. It is an inspirational process and I am more than happy to help you with it.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry for 15 years as a Personal Trainer and 5 years as a Pilates Instructor. All my qualifications provide me an wide range of tools to tailor training programmes and sessions to your specific needs.
